This week in class, we were asked to create a timeline based on a humanities topic of our choice. For my timeline, I wanted to show the class a brief overview of the history of feminism. Feminism is an important topic/issue to me because I feel as though it is not fully understood or talked about enough. Some people believe it to just be crazy protestors who do wild things to fight for women’s rights. Although this is true to some extent there is a lot more to feminism that many don’t know about. My timeline is a very basic outline of the history of feminism, nothing in-depth or extravagant. If this is something that interests you, I hope you get the chance to research it a bit further! The timeline itself was fairly simple to make once I figured out what to do (hopefully I did it right! ). I hope you enjoy my timeline below 🙂
